FIRE/WATER ELEMENT
 
Immersion 2  Fire is the transformational element, it lights up our drive, charisma, ambition, passion and leadership qualities. .
We  are introduced to our dancing  warroir goddess flows as we celebrate our inner fire of inspiration, creativity and confidence. 
The water element connects us to our grace, fluidity, sensuality  and the ability to go with the flow. Here we find freedom and the power of creativity. We will explore hip opener flows and flowing circular movements.
This module teaches us to have the confidence, stamina and strength to follow our dreams.
